Structural Repairs to Rail Bridge over Fording River. The project involved an assessment of the steel pipe pile foundations and the concrete superstructure for corrosion and deterioration. Once the initial assessment was complete a schedule of repairs was prepared and then implemented. This included crack sealing on the concrete and corrosion protection for the piles. The work was scheduled around the train traffic to ensure that there were no impact to the client and was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
