Remove and replace pipeline support structure under neath the Kootenay River bridge on Hiway #3.  This included hanging scaffolding under the bridge structure and then jacking the pipe, replacing the structure under the pipe and lowering the pipe.  This was done in 28 locations during the spring of 2019.
