Installing pipe piles at Shelter Bay BC, during low water.  After installation the piles were filled with concrete and completed by placing bird caps on top.  100% NDT testing was utilized on this project. At low water table the crane was able to work from dry land installing pipe piles, instead of having to use a barge.  Since it was winter work all the piles had to be hoarded after the concret was installed so the concrete cured at the optimum temperature.
