Bridge Construction
Johnston Construction is a full service, certified installation company for highway, railway, municipal and resource road bridges and multiplate structures. Over the past 20 years Johnston Construction has installed hundreds of bridge structures all over Western Canada.
Pile Driving
Johnston Construction has experience with a wide variety of pile driving work and equipment. They have utilized truck mounted, barge mounted and crane mounted pile driving units to install different types of piles including H-Piles, battered piles, timber piles, open and closed end steel piles and sheet piles.
Girder Erection
Johnston Construction provides girder erection, bridge launching and demolition services to a wide range of companies across Western Canada. Acting as a subcontractor or working directly for owner organizations we can provide safe, efficient and cost effective steel erection and demolition services.
Foundations
Johnston Construction has expanded its foundation services to provide state of the art drilling and caisson installation equipment for shallow, mid and deep foundations. Through the use of down the hole (DTH) percussion hammers, they are capable of installing caissons from 150mm to 610mm diameter.
Industrial Work
Johnston Construction provides heavy industrial site construction and excavation services ranging from foundations to utility excavations in sensitive areas. Johnston Construction has provided repeat services for companies at pulp mills, lumber mills and natural gas compressor stations.
